Custom AI Agents
Autonomous teammates, mapped to your processes.
Most 'AI pilots' fail because they stop at a chat box. A Skygena agent is a production system: grounded in your data, wired into your tools, controlled by policy and measured against a real business outcome. We design the agent's memory, its tool-use, its guardrails and its evaluation harness as one coherent system.
Outcomes we commit to
30–60% cycle time reduction
on target workflows (reporting, research, ops, procurement) within 12 weeks of go-live.
Human-in-the-loop by default
Every material decision routes to a reviewer with full context and one-click acceptance.
Full audit trail
Every step the agent took, every tool it called, every source it cited — stored, searchable and exportable.
How we work
-
1. Discovery & outcome framing
Two-week deep dive to pick the right process, define the measurable outcome and establish the success threshold. Output: a go/no-go decision you can defend to your board.
-
2. Architecture & policy design
We design the agent’s memory, tool-use, data access, escalation rules and guardrails — all documented. Nothing hand-wavy.
-
3. Build, evaluate, iterate
Production build against a hard evaluation harness. We never ship an agent that has not been measured against a curated test set.
-
4. Deploy & operate
Rollout behind human-in-the-loop, then gradual autonomy. We stay on for 90 days of operating support.
Frequently asked
- Do you build from scratch or use a framework?
- Both. We default to the simplest stack that works — often a thin runtime over a strong foundation model plus our own tooling. We avoid heavy frameworks that obscure control flow.
- Whose data does the agent see?
- Only the data you explicitly connect. All processing happens in an isolated environment under your control (your cloud, or our EU-hosted environment under DPA).
