Senior Full-time Prague · Hybrid (EU remote with monthly on-site)

AI Consultant

Turn AI ambition into measurable outcomes — in the room with clients.

You will be the person in the room with a client's executive team turning a vague AI ambition into a buildable plan. You will lead strategy engagements, design target operating models, author governance baselines and make sure what we ship turns into measurable business value. This is a boutique, senior role — you own the relationship, the plan and the outcome.

What you'll own

  • Leading 3–5 parallel client engagements as the primary Skygena contact
  • Running executive interviews, opportunity mapping and portfolio prioritisation
  • Authoring AI strategy roadmaps and target operating models
  • Writing the governance baseline (EU AI Act, GDPR) and walking it through with legal and risk
  • Partnering with our engineering bench to turn strategy into production systems
  • Telling honest stories: helping clients say no to the wrong initiatives
  • Contributing to Skygena's thought leadership (blog, talks, client roundtables)

Who we're looking for

  • 8+ years in management consulting, enterprise transformation or a strategy-and-delivery hybrid role
  • Deep operator instinct — you can read a P&L, a process map and an org chart with equal fluency
  • Working knowledge of modern AI — LLMs, agents, retrieval, evaluation — enough to challenge an engineer and translate to a CEO
  • Proven ability to run a client engagement end to end, with senior stakeholder presence
  • Crisp written English (our deliverables are written); a second European language a plus
  • Taste. The difference between "makes sense" and "is worth shipping" is not theoretical to you.

Nice to have

  • Prior AI strategy work for a regulated industry (financial services, healthcare, public sector)
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, evaluation or basic Python
  • Exposure to the EU AI Act drafting or implementation
  • A public writing or speaking record
